Please be aware that we do NOT require other organization memberships in order to be a part of our club.

Step 1 of 2: The following documentation is REQUIRED as part of your application: Scroll down to the bottom BLUE “SEND FILES” before proceeding to Step 2 of application.

  1. Kennel Logo

  2. Kennel setup images

  3. DNA Reports for each breeding dog

  4. OFA/PennHip Certificates for each breeding dog

  5. Images of each dog - files names must be of the dog in the image
